The cafes are bars are bustling. The new Oceanway is under construction that will soon link Currumbin to Kirra along the beach front at the top of the dunes. Walk, run, cycle your way along. Sections are already open.

Tugun is located on Queensland's Gold Coast just north of the New South Wales Border, only 5 minutes from the airport, and right on the beach.
Heading south from Brisbane on the "M1" it's a little over an hour's drive.
